Yes! It's true! We will provide free maintenance services for every site that we build!

How the Program Works

As the creator of your site we sign our work by placing a miniature version of our logo on the home page of your website. This is an advantage to you, as well as to us.

All clients that agree to have a text link to the Arizona Web Group home page placed at the bottom of every page in their site (in addition to our logo - and no, the logo does not go on every page) will receive one hour of website maintenance services every calendar quarter, at no charge. An example of what the text link looks like is included under the contact information at the bottom of this page.

The links to our site will open in a separate browser window, so when the visitor leaves our site and closes the new window, they will be back at your site. At the end of each quarter, any unused portion of this hour will not roll over. Any services over the first hour will be billed at the current labor rate for that service.

The Maintenance Facts of Life

Once your site is complete, it will need to be updated. Although it is possible to put up a static site, it is not always advisable. If you want visitors to continue to come back to your site, updating must be an ongoing process.

The frequency of updates will differ from site to site, but if you just need minor date, price, or wording changes; a lot of work can be accomplished in one hour. This benefits both of us.
